Yes, even if it’s your first time. We require a 12hr notice before making any kind of changes to your schedule. The same rules apply to any specials not purchased through the studio. Unlimited Members are charged $25 for a late cancel or no show. Package Members will simply forfeit their class, but do not receive any additional no show/late cancellation charges. There are no exceptions, so please don’t ask.
